Breakfast
Orange, eggs and toast
Cereal with bananas and skim milk
Veggie omelet and berries with yogurt
Huevos rancheros (eggs and cheese over tortillas covered with beans … great for the weekend!)

Lunch
Leftover tacos
Leftover pizza
Chicken soup (making stock out of whole chicken and adding leftover chicken and veggies)
Salad with leftover shredded chicken tossed with lemon and olive oil
Turkey and mozzarella sandwich

Dinner
Tacos with beans and rice and homemade salsa
Beef stir fry with Fresh Food Share veggies (peppers and broccolini)
Herb roasted chicken and vegetables (a great OFL recipe!)
Veggie pizza
Baked tilapia with roasted potatoes and broccoli
Frittata and salad
Ricotta gnocchi (another great OFL recipe) and tomato sauce
